Livingston Community Association will be hosting their second Annual General Meeting on November 2, 2023 from 7 – 8 pm, held both virtually via Google Meets and in person at the HUB. The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for Community Association members to hear from the board about the financial and organizational performance of the Association, while also voting on current issues including the appointment of new directors to the board.
If you would like to attend the AGM, please register below. This will allow us to be able to send the Google Meets link closer to the meeting and know approximate in person attendance.
We are urgently looking for volunteers to run for Board director positions. Finding volunteers in the community to fill these positions will help the Community Association avoid dissolution. We’re calling on you to participate and make a difference! All board positions are open for election, including:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Events Coordinator
- Communications Director
- Director at Large
